ORDER PROCESSING

Usually, we "solid. sale" almost ship all orders within 24-48 hours after confirmation of your prepaid order.
In some cases, your order may be delayed due to non-stock or bad weather conditions.
Also if you ordered a heavy-weighted product like a dish antenna or any other then we may take 3-5 days for shipping and 15-20 days for delivery.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping Method :

We send all orders via reputed courier partners (Delhivery, IndiaPost, DTDC & Bluedart). You can log on to solid. sale and check the details of the shipment and courier partner details. Although we always send shipping notifications by email.

You can track your order by tracking number on the courier partner's website. You should track after 12-24 hours after receiving a shipping notification.

Proof of signature may not be possible for all deliveries. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package. In the event that the customer is not available, the package may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the carrier.

We will ship as per service availability, we cannot accept your customer's choice of courier services.

Shipped by VRL / TCI Freights -

If you have selected shipping service by VRL / TCI Freights on a To-Pay basis, it means you are paying only packing and forwarding charges. Main Transport charges, you will have to pay at the time of delivery.

You may also have to visit the VRL or TCI transport center to pick up your order, they do not offer home delivery.

If you agree with these terms then continue your order by using VRL / TCI and other logistics services.

Please Note - It is your responsibility to receive your order if you have chosen TCI/VRL logistics during checkout. You are paying only handling/packing/forwarding charges to us during checkout. Logistic charges you have to pay at the time of delivery. TCI/VRL logistic never delivers goods to your door, you also have to visit the collection of goods nearest your branch.

Also, Order cancellation is not allowed for the Dish antenna. If you want to deliver at the door or want a fast shipping service then

choose delivery by courier during order checkout.

साथ ही, डिश एंटेना के लिए ऑर्डर रद्द करने की अनुमति नहीं है। अगर आप दरवाजे पर डिलीवरी करना चाहते हैं या तेजी से शिपिंग सेवा चाहते हैं तो ऑर्डर चेकआउट के दौरान कूरियर द्वारा डिलीवरी चुनें।

Delivery Time:

Usually, our all orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.

But in some locations, this time maybe 10-15 days due to the service area.

For Heavily weighted orders, you have to wait till 15-20 days or more. You can wait or can keep in touch with our customer service for the real status of your order.

If you have received the wrong or incorrect item from us then you have to inform us within 24-48 hours for complaint booking by email with all the recorded proofs.

Wrong Delivered Items -

If the order is delivered to the wrong address due to a courier mistake then it is our responsibility to deliver you. You can send us an email.
If the order is delivered to the wrong address due to your mistake for example "you have typed the wrong address", or "provided wrong contact information in order", then we can not help you in this matter. You must double-check your address and contact information while ordering.

you can drop a single email, after that we cannot work on your complaint.
